Opus Northwest Breaks Ground On Park East Lofts

ST. LOUIS — Opus Northwest has broken ground on Park East Lofts, a six-story residential tower in St. Louis' Central West End. The building will feature street frontage retail space and public parking on the first two levels, secured residential parking on the third level and condominium units on the fourth through sixth levels. The units will have a loft-inspired design, and will feature high ceilings, open floor plans and expansive glass areas.

Opus has also topped out construction for Park East Tower, a 26-story residential tower adjacent to Park East Lofts. The $50 million tower is the first high-rise building built in St. Louis in 30 years, and is already almost sold out.
